Tooth Colored (Composite) Fillings
When there is decay (a cavity), a filling is a highly effective way of treating this problem. During this procedure, the cavity is gently removed, and the void is filled with material. In the past, amalgam (silver) fillings were common practice, but advances in technology have eliminated the need for silver fillings and their adverse side-effects. Now, new hybrid composites (tooth-colored material) can be used and have proven to be very safe, durable and wear resistant. Since we do not do amalgam (silver) fillings, you can take comfort in knowing that we will restore your teeth to their natural beauty through the use of composite fillings that are virtually undetectable.
